The Palm Plates Kitchen has been a growing name for the past 5 years in the area of catering & Fine Dining. A unit of Nine Palms Resorts, it really is a representation of everything we have offered in the field of hospitality and food for the past 14 years.
A soon-to-come Cloud Kitchen, we have strived hard to look for culinary experts who’s enriching food will make your tastebuds sing! Or at least, hum along to the music at the very least if you’re not big on karaoke. Food from all the regions of our diverse country and some other parts of the world too, will be delivered at the safety of your home.
In these times wherein healthy standards of safe food is of utmost importance more than ever, we share your concern, and we would like to reassure our customers that Palm Plates is taking swift action to keep everyone safe while working.
Be it the kitchen staff or the delivery people, everything and everyone has been strictly following the necessary principles of sanitation, mandatory temperature checks and the use of masks in order to deliver safe and healthy food for the customers. Our kitchens are licensed by FSSAI ( 22619024000357 ) and have been audited by ISO 2000 Safety and Health Protocols on a regular basis.
It has been a long journey to get where we are right now! We at Nine Palms Resorts have catered to satisfying the not only taste buds of our guests but also have been fulfilling their dreams of their idea of a perfect wedding, luxurious house parties, smart corporate functions and organisational annual meets since more than a decade now.
It is our honour that we have got the opportunity to run a very niche Officer’s Institute Restaurant at the Indian Millitary Academy for their officers & families since the past one year. In addition to that, we have also been hosting regular Luncheons and Dinners in the highly esteemed academy.
Added to our list of credentials, we have a quaint little restaurant at the Frima Golf Club and have been regularly catering to ONGC Golf Association, the Ministry of Defence establishments and are also on the panel of the D.S.O.I. Club, Dehradun.
Along-with a crew of highly experienced chefs, sous-chefs and cooks, our menu is so designed to give you the taste of all regions of India, a menu which we have tried to make as diverse as possible!
The two Head Chefs, namely Mr. Manoj Lal and Mr. Vinod
The former being is a master of creating aromatic Indian recipes. A well trained chef, he has worked in this field for the past 21 years at many esteemed hotels and now has finally settled down in Dehradun.
Some of his specials include the lip smacking Kali Mirch Chicken, Awadhi Paneer, Chicken Patiala Curry and Dhingri Dolma (a mildly spiced North Indian recipe from Awadhi cuisine made of mushrooms and paneer). Mr. Vinod being the culinary expert that he is, his specialties lie in Continental and Indo-Chinese Food.
The dishes and their recipes have been selected over a period of time by our kitchen team, who themselves have travelled and worked in various parts of our beautiful country, to taste and make the authentic flavours and replicate them here in our Valley we call home.
